Ledger® Live App — Securely Manage Your Crypto

Ledger® Live App

What is Ledger® Live?

Ledger® Live is the official desktop and mobile application that connects to your Ledger® hardware wallet so you can view balances, send and receive assets, stake supported tokens and connect with partner services. It keeps private keys on your device and signs transactions locally, while giving a clean user interface for portfolio management.

Download & official pages

Always download Ledger® Live from the official site: ledger.com/ledger-live. For company information and general account guidance visit Ledger.com. Support and troubleshooting documentation are hosted at the Ledger® Help Center.

Ledger Exchange integration

Ledger® Live provides integrations with selected exchanges and swap services — allowing trading and swapping while your keys remain safe on-device. Always confirm the partner within Ledger® Live before approving any operation.

Ledger.com Login & Account Access

Ledger® does not rely on a centralized username/password login for seed-held wallets. Instead, access comes from connecting your physical Ledger® device, entering a PIN, and using your 24-word recovery phrase when restoring a device. Some partner services accessible through Ledger® Live may require separate sign-ins.

Troubleshooting — common problems and fixes

Ledger Login not working / Unable to login Ledger

If your Ledger® Live App won't connect to your device, try these steps: reboot your computer or phone, use a different USB cable or port, unlock the device PIN, and confirm the Ledger® Live app and device firmware are up to date.

Error Connecting Ledger Account

Connectivity errors are frequently caused by driver issues (on Windows), faulty cables, or blocked USB permission on mobile. Check Ledger's official drivers and permission prompts, and consult the Ledger® Help Center.

Can't verify Ledger wallet / Ledger error decline

Verification or transaction declines can stem from network congestion, insufficient fees, mismatched firmware, or incorrect derivation paths on some tokens. Sync firmware, update Ledger® Live, and retry with recommended network fees.

Ledger 2FA reset & Account recovery

Ledger® itself doesn’t store your seed — the 24-word recovery phrase is the master key. Recover a wallet by entering the recovery phrase on a new Ledger® device or compatible wallet. If you used 2FA on a connected third-party service, follow that provider’s recovery process; Ledger® Support can guide device and firmware recovery steps.
